Dr. Kayode Abiodun Oladapo, an erudite scholar and a Computer Scientist in the Department of Computer Science, College of Computing, McPherson University, Seriki Sotayo, Ogun State.
He holds a Diploma in Computer Data Processing from Ogun State University now Olabisi Onabanjo University (2003); a BSc in Computer with Statistics from Olabisi Onabanjo University (2008); a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Usman Dan Fodio University (2012); an MSc in Business Administration with specialization in Operations Research from University of Lagos (2015); MSc in Information Technology from National Open University of Nigeria (2016) and PhD (2021) from Babcock University, Ilisan-Remo, Ogun State. He also acquired various online certificates to his credit.
Dr Kayode Abiodun Oladapo began his career as the Coordinator of The Model Tutors, Ogun State in 2003. He established a business named Accolad Konzepts Nigeria Enterprise on the 11th day of December 2007. He later joined the Baptist Mission Schools (BMS) of the Nigerian Baptist Convention (NBC). He rose from the post of Assistant Tutor I, Tutor II, and Tutor III to the Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), saddled with the responsibility of coordinating the ICT Department of 15 schools located in the Northern and Southern parts of Nigeria before moving into full-time lecturing.
He does research in Information Systems, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Learning analytics, and Education Management. He has several publications and a Computer Textbook “Insight into Computer Studies” for JSS one to Three.
A member of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and an Associate member of the Society for Forensic Accounting and Fraud Prevention.
He is currently the Acting Director, ICT and the Coordinator, Department of Computer Science, College of Computing, McPherson University.
His extra-curricular activities are Programming, Web Designing, Computer Instructions, Statistical Analysis, Multi-Media Presentation, Graphic Design, Writing, Research, Printing, and Publishing.
He is happily married to Temitope Dorcas Oladapo (Nee Omitogun) Esq, a professional lawyer with two children Jael and Joel Oladapo.
